Sundog’s territory lead routing application allows Nikon Instruments to match its sales process to its team structure.
Lead assignments are made automatically, without manual entry. During the one-time setup process with Sundog, Nikon established territories, zip/postal codes, states, countries and a default salesperson. Then, it customized e-mails with a reply address, sender name, message header and footer, and subject line.
The territory lead routing application streamlined the sales process, eliminated manual entry and helps Nikon keep its sales teams focused on pursuing leads.
