Efficiency Takes Time

Recently, Sundog began switching our email marketing system. We are gradually moving our clients’ lists and templates into this new structure.

One of the reasons for the move was that we felt we could make better use of our time if our procedures were more automated, which this new program offers. The problem is going from a completely manual process to an automated process takes an immense amount of planning and architecture. We want to be sure we get it right the first time so that our methods can be more efficient and precise with our techniques in the coming months.

In the future, I know this move will be a great success and bring us opportunities we would’ve had a hard time managing in the past. I just hope that in the meantime, while we are creating the process models with our new procedures, that our teams and customers can allow us the time to make this a move worth waiting for. After all, efficiency takes time.
