Mobile Trends for 2009 – And Beyond.

View SlideShare presentation or Upload your own. (tags: predictions 2009)

This is the second in a series of key consumer/marketing trend presentations from the team at TrendsSpotting. This report covers the importance of mobile technology. What it will mean for consumers? What it will mean for marketers?

The presentation above makes a salient point: a mobile phone will be the primary connection to the Internet for most people in the world. Think about it – there are an estimated 500 million computers in the world and there are over 3.3 billion mobile phones. Mobile technology and ubiquitousness will be the primary enabling device for the “always connected lifestyle.” Marketers need to get ahead of this curve, because currently, most companies primary concerns for web connectivity is how it works and looks on a computer.

There first trend report on social media was posted here a few days ago.
