Sundog Releases New Lead Routing App for Salesforce

Sundog will release its latest lead assignment utility for salesforce.com’s AppExchange today. This new and improved version called Territory Lead Routing Enterprise, automates the process of lead assignment for your Salesforce organization. As leads arrive from various sources, they are routed by predefined territories based on postal codes, states, countries, or types. The app conveniently allows lead assignment to queues, users or partner accounts and manages assignment notifications.

Sundog released a free lite version of the software last year that is centered on lead assignment within the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) product offered by salesforce.com. This new version extends that power to all Enterprise and Unlimited Edition organizations by eliminating the PRM dependency and adding the frequently requested queue assignment feature. Other handy features include:

  • Controls for managing lead assignment notifications.
  • Bulk lead assignment using Salesforce data loader.
  • Notification templates.
