Hundreds of books and thousands of articles are written about corporate culture – from how to define it, design it and improve it, to how to survive it, change it and lead it. Culture is a tricky thing, and when it starts to go bad in the eyes of the employee(s), something like this can happen.

But other companies like Google, Facebook and Zappos continually redefine the idea of office, work and career. They’re getting culture right. In fact, Zappos is so dedicated to its culture and core purpose of “Delivering Happiness” that the company has a bus tour and website to promote it.
