Risk Management is something many companies are exploring today with the ever-changing brand touch points. All mediums from TV, print ads and online ads have risk associated with them and with the growth of social media, risk has become even a larger conversation in corporate offices.  One negative comment online can potentially harm the brand. Ultimately, no matter the touch point, it’s important to have a plan in place to reduce risk. It’s important to keep in mind, companies must be positioned internally to act rapidly and capitalize on the opportunities while managing risks, which can be a balancing act.
