What an Honor

When the North Dakota Young Professionals (NDYP) chose Sundog as the "Best Place to Work in North Dakota” earlier this year, we were thrilled. And we continue to be proud of the honor.

Now our distinctive company culture is being noticed throughout our industry. Sundog has been named to Advertising Age magazine's list of Best Places to Work. We're among 30 companies featured in the August 22 print edition and you can find the full list on their website.

Here's how the publication describes these companies:

"Ad Age's second annual Best Places to Work in Marketing & Media list celebrates 30 firms. Some have legendary names like Leo Burnett and some aim to be a new generation of legends. These companies are combining benefits and culture to create environments for workers to thrive. We used employee engagement as a measure that's proven to work across industries and pay grades. So what is engagement? Employee engagement is an indicator of the degree to which employees feel involved and committed to their work. Key factors include open and transparent management, clear communication of company goals and obvious paths to promotion."

We've worked hard over the past 16 years to create a culture that demonstrates in a very real way our commitment to innovation, creativity, fun and community. We're proud of what we've built.

And while Fargo may not seem like usual headquarters for one of the industry's best places to work, we think it's ideal. To appreciate why, check out this video.

Better yet, give us a call or visit us. We'd love to show you what we're all about.

Thanks to our valued team members, clients, vendors and community for shaping our culture and contributing to our success. Finally, congratulations to the other 29 award winners. You should be proud of your commitment to creating a great place to work. We're humbled to be in such company.
