The Challenge: Multiple Platforms & Pain Points

It’s a common scenario: a company adds a lot of point solutions to tackle a lot of challenges. But when those systems don’t talk to each other, everything becomes more complex, cumbersome and inefficient – not to mention a lot more expensive.

After leveraging our expertise with UHG, we partnered with UnitedHealth Care Dental to streamline their systems and improve onboarding for dental providers.

The Solution: Streamlining with Salesforce

We used Salesforce.com integration in the form of eCOS (Electronic Contracting, Onboarding and Serving). The transition resulted in both cost savings and reduced revenue loss from claim errors.

Plus, working with UnitedHealth became much more inviting to dental providers since a traditionally complicated experience became much easier.

As a result, we applied the same success to OptumHealth Behavioral Solutions – implementing Salesforce.com to replace Pega.

Using the same model, we created one new “source of truth.” The holistic platform consolidated credentialing, network management, recruiting, data loading and contracting – all without disturbing any existing systems.
